Official Rules

General Rules

  • Eligibility:

    • Contest is open to legal residents of the United States , aged 18  or older at the time of entry.

    • Employees, agents, and affiliates of Pickled Pepper People, as well as their immediate family members and household members, are not eligible to participate.

    • No Purchase Necessary

    • Purchase does not enhance chance of winning

    • Void where prohibited

  • Entry Period:

    • The contest begins on 09/09/2024 at 12:00am and ends on 10/13/2024 at 11:59pm. All entries must be received within this period to be considered.

  • How to Enter:

    • Participants must SHARE our post on one of their channels(IG Story, Retweet, Share to timeline or Story on FB, Like on TT)

    • Participants must TAG 2 friends on the post

    • Participants must FOLLOW our channel

  • Entry Requirements:

    • Entries must not contain any offensive, defamatory, or inappropriate content.

    • Entries must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Judging Criteria and Winner Selection:

    • One (1) winner will be selected randomly across all platforms from all entrants 

    • Winners will be selected on or about 10/21/2024.

    • Winners will be notified via Direct Message on the platform they entered, and must respond within 5 business days to claim their prize.

    • If a winner does not respond within the specified time frame, an alternate winner may be selected.

Prizes

  1. Prize Details:

    • A 3 jar variety Basket of Pikay products, including all 3 varieties of Pikay, a Pickled Pepper People cutting board, and Pickled Pepper People mini tongs. A retail value of $60. 

    • Prizes are non-transferable and no cash or other substitutions will be made except at the organizer’s discretion.

  2. Prize Conditions:

    • Winners are responsible for any taxes or fees associated with prize receipt and/or use.

    • Prizes may be subject to additional terms and conditions provided by the prize sponsor.

General Conditions

  1. Publicity:

    • By entering the contest, participants grant Pickled Pepper People  the right to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation.

  2. Privacy:

    • Participants' personal information will be used in accordance with Pickled Pepper People’s  Privacy Policy.

  3. Limitation of Liability:

    • Pickled Pepper People is not responsible for any technical failures or other errors that may prevent entries from being submitted or considered.

    • Pickled Pepper People reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair the integrity of the contest.

  4. Disqualification:

    • Pickled Pepper People reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of these rules or engaging in fraudulent or unsportsmanlike behavior.

  5. Disputes:

    • Any disputes arising from the contest will be resolved in accordance with the laws of the United States and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the state of South Carolina.
